Recraving Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Recraving – your trusted home-baked, 100% eggless cake destination. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions, designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both parties.

1. Ordering & Payments

  1. All cakes are freshly made to order. We require a minimum of48 Hours notice, depending on the design and size.
  2. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due before or at the time of pickup/delivery.
  3. Orders are confirmed only after payment is received.

2. Eggless Promise

  1. All our products are 100% eggless, suitable for vegetarians.
  2. We do not use egg, egg-based products, or gelatin in any of our recipes.

3. Allergens & Kitchen Disclaimer

  1. Our cakes may contain or come into contact with common allergens like milk, wheat (gluten), soy, nuts, and food colors.
  2. Though we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, please note that we operate in a home kitchen where allergens are present.
  3. Recraving is not liable for allergic reactions. It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any dietary restrictions before ordering.

4. Design & Customization

  1. We’ll do our best to bring your vision to life! However, due to the handcrafted nature of our work, minor variations may occur in colors, design, or finish.
  2. Exact copies of reference images (especially from online sources) may not be possible, but we promise a beautiful and unique result.

5. Pickup & Delivery

  1. Pickup is available from [Our location ]. Delivery may be offered within [Delivery Area] for an extra fee.
  2. Once the order has been picked up or delivered, Recraving is not responsible for any damage caused during transport or mishandling.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  1. Standard orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance for a partial refund or credit.
  2. No refunds will be provided for same-day cancellations, no-shows, or completed orders.
  3. If there is an issue with your cake, please contact us within 12 hours of pickup/delivery with photos.

7. Photos & Promotion

  1. We reserve the right to photograph your cake for use in our portfolio, website, or social media. If you’d prefer your cake not be shared publicly, just let us know when placing your order.

8. Customer Responsibilities

  1. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate information (pickup time, design details, flavor, contact details, etc.).
  2. Recraving is not liable for delays or errors caused by incomplete or incorrect information.

9. Right to Refuse Service

  1. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion, especially in cases of inappropriate behavior, unreasonable demands, or late payments.
